“Jersey Shore” Pauly D Palms Casino Resort Resident In-House DJ
While his Jersey Shore co-stars are hawking books, diet pills, and laying the smackdown at Wrestlemania, Paul “DJ Pauly D” Delvecchio is continuing to do what he does best — or worst, depending on who’s telling the story — DJing.
The only Shorer so far to land a reality spinoff on MTV has signed on to become the exclusive resident DJ at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, hotel owner George Maloof said this week. Pauly has inked a deal to bring his brand of mixmastery to the Vegas hotspots bevy of popular Sin City nightclubs, including Rain, Moon, and the Palms Pool & Bungalows. The Rhode Island native joins some major names on the dance music scene who have headlined at the Palms venues, including Paul Oakenfold and Felix da Housecat.
“I am thrilled to have Pauly D as an exclusive Vegas resident and to welcome him to our family at Palms Casino Resort,” Maloof says.
Lets just hope theyre okay with giving him a few days off. Paul’s supposed to join the rest of the Shore cast in Italy for the shows fourth season this summer. He’ll also step in front of the cameras for his still-untitled spin-off, which will like follow his time in Vegas as the citys hot new resident DJ.
