Battery! Lindsay Lohan Denies Beating Brakes Off Female Clubgoer

It looks like it didn’t take long for trouble to find its way back to Lindsay Lohan. Fresh off of probation on drunk driving and theft charges, the often-incarcerated wildchild is hitting back at allegations that she attacked a fellow reveller at a West Hollywood nightclub last week.
Lohan is on the comeback trail after being released from formal probation last month. On Monday, a rep for the Freaky Friday star strongly denied a claim that she shoved a woman at the Standard hotel last Thursday night.
Police in West Hollywood are investigating a battery report filed by an unidentified woman, who claims Lohan assaulted her in an argument over a man. Steve Honig, Lohan’slongtime spokesman, insists however that the 25 year-old starlet was never at the nightclub in question and has never met the alleged victim.
“Lindsay was never at the club and the whole thing is one big lie. Whomever started this will be held accountable for their malicious and unfounded accusations.”
Lohan was released in March from almost five years of formal probation stemming from a 2007 drunk driving and cocaine possession arrest. In 2010, the former child star was accused of brawling with a substance abuse counselor at the Betty Ford Clinic in Palm Springs. Lindsay was a patient at the facility at the time.
