Justin Bieber Plays Santa in ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ Video
The Canadian teen sensation releases his brand new music video which features him delivering Christmas gifts to his fans with the help of Mariah Carey as a sexy Santa.Justin Bieber has released a brand new music video in support of his single “All I Want for Christmas Is You”. In the clip, Bieber is shopping for Christmas gifts and later giving them to many people who swarm the mall. He gets help from his duet partner Mariah Carey who dresses as a sexy Santa.
“Oh I won’t ask for much this Christmas/ I won’t even wish for snow/ And I’m just gonna keep on waiting/ Underneath the mistletoe,” the teen singer sings in the middle of the shopping center. “I won’t make a list and send it/ To the North Pole for Saint Nick/ I won’t even stay awake to/ Hear those magic reindeer click.”
Earlier before the premiere of his music video, Bieber reminded his Beliebers to tune in NBC. He posted on Twitter, “less than 1 HOUR until ROCKEFELLER CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING Performance and Video Premiere with @MariahCarey on NBC! #UnderTheMistletoeAlbum.”
In the concert itself, Bieber performed alongside with Usher. The Canadian singer sang “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)” with his mentor. The “Baby” hitmaker also rocked the star-studded show with another yuletide song “Little Drummer Boy”.
“All I Want for Christmas Is You” was written by 41-year-old Carey with the help from Walter Afanasieff back in early 90′s. The hit song was revamped by the boyfriend of Selena Gomez for his first Christmas album “Under The Mistletoe”.
