TMZ reported that a judge has issued the temporary order on Tuesday, August 2.
The restraining order requires Steven to stay 100 yards away from Jasmine and her family until a hearing session later this month. The order also blocks him from contacting the teen singers on the internet and posting any more YouTube videos about her.
According to the filing, Jasmine was harrassed by Steven since 2009. She claimed there were numberless messages, including 75 disturbing YouTube clips, directed at her. She also stated that in several videos, he is “holding deadly weapons, i.e. a gun, machete knives stating that he was going to find me, rape me, and kill me.”
In another video, Steven allegedly offers $ 5,000 to anyone who could kill Jasmine. In addition, he threatened to kill the San Jose-born starlet’s mother, current boyfriend as well as her little brother. He also sent Jasmine disturbing Twitter messages along with a schedule of her performances. He wrote, “You’re dead Jasmine. I swear to God I’m going to kill you. I will blow your f**king head off b***h.”
