Lady Gaga HBO Concert Special Trailer
For the Little Monsters who missed out on a ticket to Lady Gaga’s sold-out Monster Ball Tour, Mother Monster has teamed up with HBO for a TV concert special, taped in the pop star’s hometown of The Big Apple.
Lady Gaga Presents: The Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden will air on Saturday, May 7, just a few weeks prior to the May 23 release of her Gaga’s new album Born This Way.
In the meantime, be on the lookout for the release of Gaga’s buzzed-about video promo, “Judas.” Gaga has once again stirred fury among Christian groups with her planned release on of the video this Easter Sunday.
The singer-songwriter will play Mary Magdalene in the promo, to the horror of Bill Donahue, the President of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights and one of the star’s most outspoken opponents. Though he’s still yet to see the footage, Donahue has condemned the release, claiming that the star has no talent and needs to use religion for its shock value to gain attention.
Sounds like fighting words to us.
