Summer is barely a distant memory, but ABC has already announced that Mother Monster will be ushering in 2012 with a live concert in Times Square that will air as part of Dick Clark’s 40th annual New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, now featuring Ryan Seacrest.
Rockin’ Eve will also feature performances from the West Coast, with the Black Eyed Peas’ own Fergie once again taking over hosting duties in Los Angeles.
