Madonna’s Daughter Lourdes Leon Sports Half-Shaved Head
The teen designer is snapped showing off her brand new haircut by putting her locks in a messy bun when strolling down the street of New York City.The daughter of Madonna, Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon, has made some major change on her hair. On Thursday, February 9, she was caught on camera stepping out in New York City with her newly half-shaved do. Donning a black puffy jacket, she pulled her dark locks into an undone bun.
Lourdes had her first hair makeover a month after her 14th birthday in 2010. The teen dyed her locks jet black back then, saying, “I wouldn’t go blonde. I’d like to do a darker color a really dark, dark red.” She added, “When I’m 14, I’m allowed to.”
Talking about the idea of changing her hair color, Lourdes wrote in her blog later that year, “I want royal blue hair but not a streak, like my entire head.” She went on, “I read this blog aloud to my mother, and she is sitting here staring at me with no expression on her face, as if she doesn’t approve of it!”
Lourdes wasn’t the only female celebrity who had half-shaved head. Earlier this year, Ke$ ha got a similar haircut and proudly showed it to her nearly 3 millions Twitter followers. Rihanna, Cassie and Willow Smith, meanwhile, had the buzz cuts back in 2009.
