Michaele Salahi “Sings” Debut Single “Bump It” On Miami Morning Show

How did we manage to miss the small screen “singing” debut of White House Party Crasher Michaele Salahi?!

The waify former star of Bravo’s now-defunct docu-soap, The Real Housewives of DC, bebopped around the studios of NBC’s Miami affiliate on Friday morning in what can only be described as a chuckle-inducing display of her singing talents. And after straining to block out lyrics like “Like I’m so hot and like, you’re so not. The speakers on blast, let the techno rock. Everybody in the club make your way to the front, rhythm is the bass that will make the crowd jump…” we use the word “talents” loosely.

To the laugh of thousands of Interwebers Salahi performed her single “Bump It,” which was first released via iTunes in March. Salahi said she decided to make Miami the spot for her premiere performance because she grew up in Florida and has fond memories of The Sunshine State.

“I grew up in Florida and I have a great passion for Florida,” she said. “I wanted to come here, it’s a happy place.”

Well, that must be a very comforting thought for the good people of Florida.
