Pictures: Adam Lambert Is Gothic Indian at Katy Perry’s Birthday Bash
The ‘Whataya Want from Me’ hitmaker dresses up as Dances with the Moon when coming to the party with his boyfriend who shows up as Dances with the Sun.Adam Lambert channeled his inner native American rocker at Katy Perry’s birthday party on Friday, November 11 in Los Angeles. The singer, who was recently invited as a special guest mentor on “Majors & Minors, came to the bash with his boyfriend, Sauli Koskinen.
For the Wild West Birthday Ho Down Throwdown theme, Lambert and Koskinen dressed up as Dances with the Moon and Dances with the Sun respectively. The former wore a black outfit with matching warbonnet, while the latter rocked cream pants with a feather Mohawk head piece.
In some pictures taken from the saloon photo booth set up at the venue, Lambert is seen goofing around with his Finnish reality star beau. One of the photos sees Lambert holding a bottle of whiskey with Koskinen standing cool next to him while pointing a gun at his own head.
Anna Faris and her hubby Chris Pratt came to the party as well. They took over the dance floor and got silly with Zachary Levi, while the other guests such as Zelda Williams and JoJo had fun with the mechanical bull. Meanwhile, Darren Criss, Matt Dallas and William Peltz were seen having fun at the photo booth.
The other celebrities attending the party and making merry the night were Robyn, Shannon Woodward, Topher Grace, Jessie Baylin, and Ferras, and Bonnie McKee. Also celebrating the bash were producers Dr. Luke and Brunson Green, Perry’s stylist Johnny Wujek, and designer Markus Molinari.
Earlier in the evening, the party guests hopped in a horse-drawn wagon with haystack seating when they arrived at the party. They were spoiled with a buffet line of Southern specialty such as BBQ meats, corn on the cob, and apple pie a la mode. The venue was decorated with life-size statues of cow and bull that were twirled by hired cowboys with their lassos.
Katy Perry actually turned 27 on October 25, but decided to celebrate it three weeks later. The birthday girl showed up as a sexy cowgirl at the celebration, while her husband Russell Brand rocked an Indian attire. She shared the joy of turning age with her brother David Hudson and her sister Angela as well.
