Report: Emily Maynard is ABC’s New ‘Bachelorette’

Emily Maynard is giving love a second chance — on TV.

ABC isn’t talking, but the single mom, who first found love with bar owning Bachelor Brad Womack in 2010, has signed on to become the small screen’s next Bachelorette.

According to People magazine, production on the upcoming season is moving to Maynard’s hometown — Charlotte, North Carolina.

Emily will succeed last season’s Bachelorette Ashley Hebert, who was the last season’s Bachelorette.

Bad boy Bentley Williams famously broke Ashleys heart by slamming her looks on national television and admitting he originally signed on for the show in hopes that it was actually Emily who was looking for love.

Predictably, Bentley is interested in joining the show next season.

Before falling in and out of love with Brad, the Southern bombshell had been single since her race-car driver fiance, Ricky Hendrick, was killed in a 2004 plane crash.

The pair were the parents of a young daughter, Ricki.
