Robert Pattinson: Charlize Theron Loves to ‘Sniff My Socks and Underwear’
The ‘Twilight Saga’ actor jokes that Charlize ‘likes to come into my house at night’ to sniff his private stuffs, adding, ‘It’s so weird.’Robert Pattinson made fun of Oscar winner Charlize Theron. During an interview with the French nightly TV news show “Le Grand Journal” in Cannes, the British heartthrob joked that the “Snow White and the Huntsman” actress loved to sniff his socks and underwear.
“Charlize likes to come into my house at night and sniff my socks and underwear,” Rob claimed. He went on joking, “When you do stuff like that, there are necessarily some surprises. It’s not my fault.”
Rob gushed that he started to worry about the smell of his socks ever since Charlize did that. “I’m really nerveous now that there might be something wrong with my socks,” the 26-year-old actor admitted. “I never paid attention to it before. It’s so weird.”
The same TV show had previously interviewed Charlize and Kristen Stewart, who is Rob’s rumored girlfriend, and asked the two ladies, “What’s really not sexy about Robert Pattinson?” While Kristen couldn’t figure out the answer, Charlize spontaneously replied, “I’m gonna have to say his socks!”
Rob has been taking part at the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival to promote his movie “Cosmopolis”. While in Cannes, he was spotted packing on PDA with Kristen during an after-party for “On the Road” premiere at Magic Garden Club.
The couple, who always plays coy of their longtime relationship, has been photographed locking lips and hugging on the rooftop. An insider told Celebuzz that the lovebirds reserved a private table and “never left each other’s sides.”
“They just looked really happy,” the source added. “They hung out with friends, like Sam Riley, but it seemed like Rob and Kristen were in their own little world. It looked like they spent the entire night laughing! You could tell that they were in great spirits, and Rob couldn’t have looked more proud.”
The onlooker went on describing that Rob and Kristen were not shy to show their affection as they were “kissing, cuddling and giggling” throughout the night. Said the source, “They looked like two kids in love!”
