The Draco Malfoy of ‘Harry Potter’ film franchise admits that he had a lot of fun doing on-screen marriage with his real-life girlfriend Jade Gordon in ‘Deathly Hallows: Part II’.Tom Felton admitted that he’s happy with his three-day on-screen marriage with his real girlfriend Jade Gordon even though it only happens in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II”. “It was a lot of fun to play onscreen hubby and wife for a bit and have a kid for three days,” the actor who plays Draco Malfoy told PEOPLE.
The 23-year-old English actor added, “Three days is a good amount of time, for anyone wondering.” However, he confessed that he’s not planning to start a family on his own any time soon. He said, “I’m talking decades away. But, yeah, thank you for the prompt.”
Tom and his girlfriend, who is a year older, have been dating for three and a half years. The couple met when Jade was working as the stunt coordinator’s assistant for “Harry Potter”. While talking about his on-screen marriage with his leading lady, Tom joked about replacing Robert Pattinson. “Since Rob Pattinson left the franchise, someone’s gotta hold the flag up,” he quipped.
