Zac Efron “I’m not a hearttrob”
Zac Efron played his way into our hearts as we suffered through painful basketball scenes during the High School Musical movies. Now, he’s all grown-up and facing a new screaming fan….middle-aged women.
Efron, who appears in the new Nicholas Sparks based film, The Lucky One, says that he’s, “just Zac.”
“I can’t explain to you what it’s like to be a heartthrob, [because] I don’t think I am a heartthrob,” Efron said during an interview with CBS news. “I hate [that word]. I hate it. It follows you around, but you don’t deserve it. It’s like, ‘Why?’”
The Lucky One lands in theatres April 20th.
