Lengthy engagements dont always translate into longtime couples actually walking down the aisle. Such is the case with Avatar actress Zoe Saldana. The Latin stunner has “amicably separated” from fiance Keith Britton after 11 years of dating.

…Respect of their privacy is appreciated during this time, a rep for the pair said in statement Sunday.

The Colombiana star has yet to make a direct statement regarding the split, take a look at what she Tweeted on Friday:

Saldana, 33, and Britton, 35, revealed their engagement in June 2010

Last May, Star Magazine scoop that Zoe was quietly battling financial troubles and a bout with depression that followed her starring role in James Cameron’s record-setting blockbuster. Even the prospect of walking down the aisle with Keith couldn’t bring Zoe out of her funk, according to those in-the-know.

“Her moods are all over the place and Keith is seriously concerned, but he feels helpless….Everyone is hoping she doesn’t spiral any further out of control,” an insider said at the time.

What you may not know is that Keith and Zoe are business partners. The former twosome are co-owners of the style website, My Fashion Data Base (MyFDB.com). Just like Russell and Kimora and Marc and Jennifer before them, Zoe and Keith hope to be the latest set of exes to maintain a professional relationship even as their personal relationship falls by the wayside.
